I absolutely recommend the Lingotto, a single dish that requires hours of slow cooking to achieve exceptional softness and flavour. It is a rare gastronomic experience, difficult to find elsewhere. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere top it all off. To try without hesitation!

Yesterday it was my first time at Ristosalumeria, i loved it! The hosts were very welcoming and entertaining, I am always tempted by gnocco fritto when I see it on the menu, and my friend suggested to have as an appetizer. Wise choice, otherwise I wouldn’t have had the chance to taste the slow-cooked ribs, costine.They were AMAZING!!! They were juicy, perfectly cooked, with a fantastic taste!These ribs would give a run for their money to any ribs in the USA (I live in Atlanta).I strongly recommend any American ex-pat to try them!Special mention to the gnocco fritto!Try also the amaro!I loved the place, and I would recommend it!Enrico

We had a great dinner. Though they weren't perfect in English (which of course is not a requirement as we were in their country) the explained all courses in detail. Highly to recommend.

Super apt choice for a total immersion in the tastes and flavors of Modena cuisine.From Zocca cheeses to homemade pasta, from CBT meat to rosé Lambrusco... it was a wonderful journey!

Great find near Carpi Cathedral! Perfect both for an informal dinner with cured meats and fried dumplings and for those looking for more elaborate dishes. We really enjoyed the ribs and pork fillet, cooked to perfection and presented with care. The innkeeper was very kind and guided us in the choice of wines and courses, showing great passion for his work. The atmosphere is welcoming, even if a little intimate. Average prices. We will definitely be back to try other dishes

We returned to the Ristosalumeria in Carpi last December 20th for lunch. We congratulate the managers of the restaurant for their professionalism, the excellent cuisine and the quality of the raw materials used.Entering their place is like being welcomed by friends. We thank you for letting us know the excellent products of your beautiful Emilia which you prepared with skill and skill. Excellent food and amazing atmosphere. We ordered the taglieri (cutting board) with a selection of cheeses as a starter, which was wonderful, escpecially the buratta cheese! For secundi we had the 'costine' (ribs) and the 'stinco alla birra' (pigs leg) which both were astonishingly tender and tasty! The owner was extremely nice, and although his knowledge of english was limited he went out of his way tot explain the menu and give additional information. Definitely would recommend.
